Head


The electrode broke off of the plug that was in the #3 cyl.
When we got the motor, one of the spark plugs was corrosion welded into the head.  When we tried to remove the plug, it sheared
Most of the time the #3 cylinder simply wasn't able to create a combustion, causing major performance issues.
And creating a shield between the air-fuel mixture and the spark to ignite it.
Unfortunately the helicoil worked its way down into the combustion chamber.

They should all match if all are burning properly.
We removed the head and noticed that 3 of the pistons had carbon deposits, but the #3 has basically rarely been fired.
Which should have fixed the problem.  However we've been having a ton of hard to explain problems, seemingly from that #3 cyl.
