Overall the car is in pretty good shape especially considering it's age and the fact that is has been campaigned for a while now. We've spent a lot of time and money making making the car the best platform it can be. We've addressed suspension, brakes, the chassis and drivetrain, all that is left really is a more powerful motor/engine combination.

Car has no real rust problem areas, rockers are new, paint is good. Car has annual inspection as of October 2004, so is ready to go for next season. It is actually pretty much ready to race, although we were planning on replacing the front cross-member because it has gotten banged up a bit in the last few rallies. Only reason we didn't is because we were planning on installing a SR20DE motor and 240sx/200sx rack an pinion steering, both of which would require a new/modified cross member anyway. Leaving the project up to the new owner as the path they want to take the car will dictate what cross member goes into it.

I'd recommend going with the SR20DE and rack and pinion--If the car sells pretty quick, I have a lead here on a entire JDM front clip with SR20DE, ECU, etc. for around $1200 USD. Would make this car very competitive. Was going to perform the swap myself but decided to concentrate on the new rally car instead.

Body is in reasonable shape, there are some dents on the hood that should be removed, but is passable at this point. Would fix if repainting. Front left fender could use some new paint, but is functioning and looks okay. Rest of the car has dents here in there but is very presentable, and in general I'd say looks better then most ClubRally cars out there.
